Samuel Little claims to have killed up to 93 women across various US states over four decades, with the FBI confirming they have good reason to believe that he was responsible for over half of those murders. Travelling from California to Mississippi and with exclusive access to interviews with the killer that have never been broadcast before, film-maker Ben Zand tries to get to the bottom of how such a prolific killer was on the loose for so long and why the victims were allowed to pile up, seemingly unnoticed.
