PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the information collection, use, retention and sharing practices of ReelzChannel, LLC (“REELZ”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you interact with us through our Services, which include:

• our website, www.reelz.com
• our direct-to-consumer mobile application REELZ+
• any other digital products or services on which this Privacy Notice appears

California residents, please see our Notice at Collection below.

You may also interact with our mobile applications, REELZ NOW and REELZ Famous & Infamous Select through your subscription with a third-party TV provider.  The privacy practices of those TV providers are governed by their own privacy policies and are not covered by this Notice. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of those third parties.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you interact with the Services, we collect personal information, which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, such as:

• Personal identifiers such as your name, company name, title, physical address, email address, and social media handle;
• Demographic information such as your age and gender.
• Information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us such as your responses to our surveys and email correspondence;
• Information that you provide when interacting with our Social Media Pages such as your name, social media handle, and profile information as well as any other information you provide when interacting with our Social Media Pages (e.g., commenting, sharing and rating);
• Non-precise location information derived from IP address or from your zip code, when you provide it to us
• Internet and other electronic network activity information such as your IP address, device identifiers, session IDs, your browsing history on the Services, the length of time spent on certain pages, the website Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) from the website you were visiting before coming to this Site, which URL you next visit, device type, what browser you are using, Internet service provider, date/time of visit information, and operating system.
• Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above.

Aggregate Data. We aggregate the data we collect for benchmarking purposes and for internal analytics. We maintain and use this data in deidentified form. We will not attempt to reidentify the data unless it is necessary to determine whether our deidentification processes satisfy applicable data protection laws.

HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND RETAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect, use, and retain your personal information in several ways.  We collect information directly from you, when you:

• Email us. When you email us, for example, to submit questions regarding the Services, we collect your personal identifiers (name and email address) and anything else you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, or address any issues you have with the Services.
• Enter sweepstakes and contests. When you participate in a contest or sweepstakes, we collect, your personal identifiers (name, physical address, and email address), and your social media handle (when you participate through our Social Media Pages (see below)). We use this information to manage your entry, communicate with you about your entry, and to run the sweepstakes or contest. We retain this information for the entry period of the contest or sweepstakes. We retain winner information for a period of one year post entry period.
• Submit a privacy rights request. When you submit a privacy rights request, we collect your personal identifiers (name and email address). We use this information to authenticate your identity, and, if authenticated, grant your specified privacy rights request to the extent we are required to under applicable law. We retain a record of your request for 24 months.
• Register for or sign in to the REELZ Affiliate Site. When you register for the REELZ Affiliate Site, we collect your personal identifiers (name, company name, title and email address). We use this information to create your REELZ Affiliate account and enable you to download network logos, find local ad sales information, and review our linear and VOD schedules, as well as to authenticate you and grant you access to your REELZ Affiliate account. We retain this information until that person no longer works for an affiliate.
• Register for or sign in to the REELZ Press Site. When you register for the REELZ Press Site, we collect your personal identifiers (name and email address). We use this information to create your REELZ Press account and enable you to download current press information and assets about our network and shows, as well as to authenticate you and grant you access to your REELZ Press account. We retain this information until that person no longer works for the associated press they represent.
• Sign up for our newsletter. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your personal identifiers (email address). We use this information to send you updates on the Services (including REELZ premieres and news about the latest shows heading to your favorite streaming services). You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of each email we send to you. We periodically purge emails associated with accounts that have not opened a newsletter email sent from us in at least six months.

Our emails include a tracking pixel that tracks whether you open the email, and, if so, whether you subscribe to our Services. We use this information to send you additional email communications which are targeted to you and may be of interest to you, as based on your interaction with our emails and/or Website. We also use this information to determine conversion percentages to measure the performance of our newsletter campaigns. You can avoid downloading the pixel by rejecting the download of images in the email.

• Subscribe to Club REELZ. When you subscribe to Club REELZ, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name, email address, and IP address), your survey responses (which may include information about your viewing habits and preferences), and any demographic information you choose to provide. For Club REELZ members who take part in surveys, we collect and retain all information in the survey they enter. That can be everything from age and gender to television watching habits and location. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of each email we send to you. We periodically purge emails associated with accounts that have not opened an email sent to the Club REELZ list in at least six months.

We may also collect information from you automatically, when you:

• Interact with the Services. In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically as you use our Services via cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies as described in COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES below. This includes, but is not limited to, the following internet or other electronic network activity information.
• Interact with us on social media. When you interact with our web pages on social networking websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn (each, a “Social Media Page”) (collectively, “Social Media Pages”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any Social Media Page. This information is collected and processed by the social networking websites for their own purposes, including marketing , in accordance with their own privacy policies. We also use a social marketing tool to collect information of the activity on our Social Media Pages and identify the most active users in our community. We receive this information in aggregated form only.

When interacting with our Social Media Pages, we may also collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name, social media handle, and profile picture) as well as any information that you provide when interacting with our Social Media Pages (e.g. commenting, sharing and rating). We may use this information to communicate with users. Because our Social Media Pages are publicly accessible, when you use them to interact with other users, for example by posting, leaving comments or liking or sharing posts, any personal information that you post in them or provide when registering can be viewed by others or used by them as they see fit. The content posted on our Social Media Pages or other public areas of social networking websites can be deleted in the same way as other content that you have created.

• Community Management. With the help of a third party, we collect, from you, your interactions, including “likes”, shares, messages and other interactions with the content, in order to analyze and evaluate how our content is perceived, to learn from it, and to improve our social media and marketing efforts.
• Facebook Page Insights. When you visit our Facebook Social Media Page, we also receive certain information from Facebook, in the form of aggregated data and anonymous statistics regarding things like: age, gender, city/country, device, inquiries from fans about other Facebook fan pages, region and language settings of the users, proportion of men and women, the number of people reached, clicks on posts, “Likes” and reactions, comments and shared content, and total video views. We do not collect or process any other personal information in connection with the page insights. We do not retain this information independently. For information on data protection and the storage period on Facebook in relation to the “Page Insights” function see here and Facebook’s Privacy Policy. It has been contractually agreed with Facebook that Facebook is responsible for providing you with information about the processing for Page Insights.

REELZ will also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply
with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION below.

We may need to use and retain your personal information for longer than the periods indicated above for purposes of:

• Compliance with our legal obligations. For example, retaining personal information where we are legally required to do so.
• Meeting our safety and security commitments. For example, keeping our properties secure and preventing fraud.
• Exercising or defending legal claims. We also may need to retain personal information for longer than the periods indicated above in order to respond to legal process or enforceable governmental requests, or to enforce our contracts or Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use essential, performance, marketing, and analytics cookies to collect your usage, device, and location information when you interact with the Services. We use this information to: (i) track you within the Services; (ii) enhance user experience; (iii) conduct analytics to improve the Services; (iv) prevent fraudulent use of the Services; (v) diagnosis and repair Services errors, and, in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse; (vi) provide targeted advertising; and (vii) capture and aggregate viewing and engagement metrics. Particular third-party cookies to note on our Website include: Google Analytics, Google Tag
Manager, and Reddit Pixel. In general, you can also disable cookies by setting your browser
to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please note, if you opt out of these
targeted advertising cookies, your opt-out will be specific to the web browser, app, or device
from which you accessed the opt-out. If you use multiple devices or web browsers, you will
need to opt out of each browser or device that you use.

• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect information on your use of the Website for its improvement. To collect this information, Google Analytics installs cookies on your browser or reads cookies that are already there. Google Analytics also receives information about you from applications you have downloaded that partner with Google. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with information that can be used to directly identify you. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Website or to another application which partners with Google is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which can be accessed here.
• Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a tag management system to manage tags used for tracking and analytics on our Website. Tags are small code elements that, among other things, are used to manage traffic and visitor behavior and to test and optimize websites. We utilize Google Tag Manager to manage and organize all third-party tags on our Website and to control when those tags are triggered. • Reddit Pixel. We use Reddit Pixel to track conversion events in order to deliver targeted advertisements to our Website visitors.

PARTIES WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

REELZ shares personal information with the following categories of third parties:

• Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We share each of the above categories of personal information within REELZ, including with our parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies;
• Service Providers. We share each of the above categories of personal information with service providers who provide services for us as part of delivering or enhancing the Services, such as website hosting, customer relationship management services, and email services.
• Advertising Partners. We share each of the above categories of personal information with companies we partner with to support our marketing and advertising, including our media buying agencies and the social media companies described above, as well as other companies we engage to help us understand our audience.
• Successor company or companies. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We will also share personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.
• Law enforcement, legal authorities, and other parties as necessary or required by law. We share personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, subpoenas, governmental/regulatory bodies, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes. We may share your information with our legal advisors or auditors to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or as required to enforce our terms of service or other contracts or to defend against legal claims or demands. We also share this information with third parties as necessary to: detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; to comply with the requirements of any applicable law; or to comply with our legal obligations.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used by those third parties to identify you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR REELZ+ USERS

REELZ+ is powered by our partner, KatapyTV, which operates the REELZ+ app on our behalf. When you interact with us through REELZ+, KatapyTV will collect and use your personal information on our behalf as described in this policy.  “We” in this notice includes Katapy TV for all users of REELZ+.

In addition to the practices described above, the following also applies to users of REELZ+

Personal Information We Collect:

• Registration Information.  We collect your email address and password to access REELZ+.  We will also collect your first and last name when you interact with us on the REELZ+ website.
• Device Information.  We collect information about the device you use to access REELZ+, including your Device ID
• Activity Information. We collect information about how you interact with REELZ+, including your use of REELZ+, the programs (and portions thereof) viewed, amount of time viewed, information regarding your computer system, such as a unique device identifier, your operating system, existing software, amount of available storage space and internet connectivity, and your interaction with REELZ+.
• Billing and Payment Information. When you purchase a subscription, our payment provider collects payment and identity verification information, including your payment method, card details, and billing address. We retain information about the transactions you complete on the Services, including purchase history.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track your activities on REELZ+ . We use the following types of cookies on REELZ+:

• Session Cookies. We use Session Cookies to operate our Service.
• Preference Cookies. We use Preference Cookies to remember your preferences and various settings.
• Security Cookies. We use Security Cookies for security purposes
• Analytics Cookies. We use Analytics Cookies for usage analysis to help us understand and improve your browsing experience.

We also use third party software in the REELZ+ app (“SDKs”) to help us provide the interactive features in the app, as well as to deliver ads within the app.

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES

You have the following choices with respect to your personal information:

• Correct or View Your Information. You may access your account to correct or view certain personal information you have provided to us, and which is associated with your account.
• Opt Out of Google Analytics. To prevent your personal information from being used by
  Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser, which can be
  accessed here.
• Opt Out of Reddit Pixel. To opt out of targeted advertising by Reddit Pixel, please visit
  Cookie Preferences in the REELZ website footer.
• Opt Out of Advertising Cookies. All session cookies are temporary and expire after you close your web browser. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. To find out how to see what cookies have been set on your computer or device, and how to reject and delete the cookies, please visit: https://www.aboutcookies.org/. Please note that each web browser is different. To find information relating to your browser, visit the browser developer’s website and mobile application. If you reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, some features of our website may not function properly. If you choose to opt out, we will place an “opt-out cookie” on your device. The “opt-out cookie” is browser specific and device specific and only lasts until cookies are cleared from your browser or device. The opt-out cookie will not work for essential cookies. If the cookie is removed or deleted, if you upgrade your browser or if you visit us from a different computer, you will need to return and update your preferences.

By clicking on the “Opt-Out” links below, you will be directed to the respective third-party website where your computer will be scanned to determine who maintains cookies on you. At that time, you can either choose to opt out of all targeted advertising or you can choose to opt out of targeted advertising by selecting individual companies who maintain a cookie on your machine.

  Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary to the Services.

YOUR U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to Access/Know. You have the right to request information about the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you, and with whom that personal information has been shared, unless doing so proves impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. You may only make a request for access twice within a 12-month period.
• Right to Deletion. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information
  that we collect or maintain, subject to certain exceptions. For example, if we are required
  by law to retain the information that you are asking to be deleted, we would not be able to
  delete the information until we are legally permitted to delete it.
• Right to Correct. You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we
  collect or maintain.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Advertising. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties. REELZ does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of minors under the age of sixteen (16) years.
• Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment
  if and when you exercise your rights under applicable state privacy laws
• Right to Appeal. You may have a right to appeal decisions concerning your ability to exercise your consumer rights.

To exercise your privacy rights, you may submit a request by completing our webform or by
contacting us toll-free at 833-494-0780. You may also submit a request via email to
privacy@reelz.com.

To exercise your right to opt out of the sale/share of your information via trackers, please visit Cookie Preferences in the REELZ website footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control, a browser-based opt-out signal. We do not respond to other browser-based signals that do not meet applicable state law requirements, which may include older Do Not Track signals.

To verify your identity, we will match the information submitted in connection with your request with the information we have in our records. If we are not able to verify your identity for access and deletion requests with the information provided, we may ask you for additional pieces of information.

Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a request related to your
personal information. If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of another individual, you must provide us with signed documentation that you are authorized to act on behalf of that individual.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, such as access controls and encryption (i.e., SSL and HTTPS) to protect the personal information that we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

However, no security measure or modality of data transmission is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete the personal information. If you believe we have personal information on individuals under the age of eighteen (18), please contact us at the contact information provided below.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

We may amend this Privacy Notice in our sole discretion at any time. If we do, we will post the
changes to this page and will indicate the date the changes go into effect. We encourage you to
review our Privacy Notice to stay informed. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will notify you by prominent posting on the Website and/or via email, and obtain your consent, if required.

We retain personal information as long as you have an active account with us. Once your account is closed, we retain certain information as required to comply with the law or defend against legal claims.
