Upon arrival at the store, the in-store security officer points to two males and claims they were in the store earlier and had stolen items. As Deputy Harris investigates he discovers that one of the two males accused by the store of theft was on probation for auto theft. He then discovers the stolen vehicle and a shaved key in his possession which is used to steal cars by bypassing the ignition lock. Deputy Isham notices a car stopped at the intersection of a major mall with the engine running and when he approaches the vehicle and tries to get the divers attention, the driver was totally an unresponsive. The scent of alcohol filled the interior of the vehicle once the driver opened the door. Deputy Sosa responds to a report of a vehicle that may be involved in an earlier vehicle break in.
